Memorial for Andrew Boggs

Please join us on Friday January 10, 2025, as we celebrate the life of Brother Andrew Boggs.
On December 26, 2024, Brother Andrew Boggs passed away from a long battle with cancer.
His family will be hosting a memorial service on Friday January 10th from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00
P.M. at the Local 704 Union Hall.
Please come out and show your support Andrew’s Family
as they say goodbye to a father, Husband, Son and Brother.
Andrew was a second-generation Sprinkler Fitter.
His father and two brothers are Sprinkler
Fitters with Local 669. In February 2016, Andrew moved from Florida with his wife Elizabeth
and young son up to Michigan where Elizabeth’s family is from.
In that time Andrew
transferred from Local 669 to Local 704 where he completed his apprenticeship.
Brother
Boggs was a 10 year member of the United Association.
Andrew was a quiet man and usually kept to himself, until you got to know him, then he was
always up for a conversation.
He was a man dedicated to his family, having a wife and three
children where he did his absolute best to be the provider for his family.
Andrew also loved
to ride his bike, everywhere.
He used to tell people that he would ride his bike from home to
apprentice school.
Which is very impressive being over twenty miles away from his house.
Please come down to the Hall on January 10th to show your support to his family.
